30-12-2013 09:05 Spain's FCC sells 51 percent of energy unit to cut debt
MADRID, Dec 30 (Reuters) - Spanish construction firm FCC sold 51 percent of its energy unit FCC Energia to Madrid-based energy and infrastructure investment firm Plenium Partners, the firm said on Monday in a statement to securities regulator CNMV. FCC said it would cut net financial debt by 763 million euros through the deal, which also involved a payment of 8 million euros.
