(KMAG.Grey Market) records 4th Quarter revenue of $2.55 million and annual revenue of $8.9 million for the period ended January 31, 2013, respectively, on an unaudited basis. Our annual sales show growth for the year over year period of approximately $8 million and give us reason for an optimistic outlook for the upcoming fiscal year.
