Ok, ich geb's zu!

Ich lag völlig richtig mit meiner Annahme. Die Aktie ist NICHT gestiegen.
Heute Morgen fiel ich aufgrund eines lauten Knalls sogar aus dem Bett. Dass muss wohl dieses achso tolle Papier gewesen sein, dass durch den Boden der Börse gedonnert ist! :-)

So, Spaß bei Seite:

Es ist im Moment keine Rohstoffzeit. Die Indizes in Australien geben nach und sie meinen alle, dass aufgrund einer Kapitalerhöung und sonstigen fahdenscheinigen Annahmen der Kurse dieses Papiers, welches immer noch keiner kennt, wie eine Rakete nach oben steigt? Das ist wohl etwas "mit der rosa Brille" gedacht.

Vielleicht ist die Aktie in der zweiten Jahreshälfte interessanter, ich werd's auch beobachten ;-)

Aber ich wünsche Ihnen allen noch viel Erolg an der Börse.

Ich finde es gut für den Aktienkurs von Sub-Sahara, daß es
noch viele Leute wie dich gibt.
Denn dort wo viel Pessimismus vorhanden ist, sind steigende Kurse zu erwarten.
Erst wenn es keinen Pessimismus mehr gibt und alle kaufen, kaufen schreien
sollte man über einen Ausstieg aus seinen Papieren nachdenken.

Es ist natürlich jedem selbst überlassen, wie er sein Geld anlegt.
Der eine ist konservativ, der andere risikobereit.

Man kann sicherlich nicht vorhersehen, was mit den Aktienkursen
passiert, das kann keiner.
Ich habe mich aber nun mal entschieden für Sub-Sahara und habe bei 0,045€ gekauft
und werde diese weiter halten, weil mir die Strategie des Unternehmens gefällt.

Ich akzeptiere aber deine Meinung, keine Frage.
 

Ich kenne vielleicht doch einen der das Potenzial hat
zukünftige Kurse vorherzusagen.

Und das ist Solarparc.

Der trifft fast immer ins Schwarze.
Ich hab das schon kontrolliert.

Ist gut das er Sub-Sahara empfiehlt.  

 

Bei 0,10 AUD wird bald niemand mehr
einsteigen können! Bald muss mindestens
das Dreifache gezahlt werden...  

Sicher ist, dass wir uns nicht sehr lange zwischen 0,06 und 0,08 Euro
aufhalten werden. Vielleicht ein paar Tage oder Wochen... doch Sub-Sahara
wird nach oben durchbrechen! Ist nur eine Frage der Zeit ;-)
 

Sub-Sahara wird sicher noch gewaltig steigen,
genauso wie Macmin Silver.
Dieser Wert ist ebenso wie Sub-Sahara hoch explosiv.
Die werden im 1 Quartal ein produzierendes Unternehmen,
haben keine Schulden und sind zu 27% an einem Unternehmen beteiligt
das 10 Explorationsunternehemen betreibt und 3 davon 2006 u. 2007
in Produktion bringt.
50 Millionen Unzen Siber Reserve.
Produziert wird mittels neuester Technologie reines Silberpulver,
für das wesentlich mehr gezahlt wird.
Heute wurde der hartnäckige Widerstand bei 0,16€ gebrochen.
Bis jetzt wurden über 4 Millionen Stück gehandelt und die
Aktie kostet derzeit 0,18€.
Die Phase 2 hat heute erst begonnen.  

Macmin ist eine sehr interessante Aktie,
nur leider schon zu stark gestiegen!
Hättest du sie uns nicht schon im Juli 05
vorstellen können?

Also bitte Leute: Silverado wurde auch VOR
dem großen Anstieg hier empfohlen! Züge,
die bereits abgefahren sind, sind kaum
interessant. Wir wollen hier nicht 10, 20
oder 50% machen, wir wollen 100, 200, 500
oder 1000% machen!

Wäre nett, wenn ihr weiterhin interessante
Titel vorstellt, die aber noch nicht um mehrere
hundert Prozent gestiegen sind ;-) sondern
es noch VOR sich haben ;-)

Strategic Merchant Bancorp WKN 884783
Ein noch meines Erachtens wenig bekannter Gold explorer. Heute ca. +10%
und das an einem Tag wo viel Goldexplorer nach unten korrigierten.
Ich habe jedoch nur wenig Infos und kann den Titel nicht einschätzen.

Frage an solarpac ist der Titel  "bullshit or not?"


 

Bei einer Marktkapitalisierung von knapp 8 Mio Euro
kann man bei Strategic Merchant Bancorp nicht viel
falsch machen. Eine kleine Position könnte man da
riskieren, aber da zu wenig Infos vorliegen, wäre
ich seeeeeehr vorsichtig! Zockerpapier für Leute
mit zu viel Geld! Es gibt "sicherere" Aktien...

INFORMATION FOR SHAREHOLDERS
PRO-RATA NON RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

As you may be aware, the Company will shortly be offering to you an opportunity to acquire more shares in the Company pursuant to a pro-rata non renounceable rights issue to shareholders of approximately 80,688,696 ordinary fully paid shares ("Shares") on the basis of one Share for every four Shares held by you at 5.00pm WST on 20 February 2006, at an issue price of 8 cents per Share, to raise approximately $6,455,095 ("Rights Issue").  For very 4 shares subscribed for the subscriber is entitled to receive one free option exercisable at $0.15 per share on or before 30 June 2009. This offer will be made pursuant to a Prospectus and if you wish to participate in the Rights Issue, you will need to complete the Entitlement and Acceptance Form that will accompany that Prospectus.

A copy of the Prospectus has been lodged with ASX and is available on the ASX website and the Company's website and will be despatched to persons holding shares as at the Record Date of 20 February 2006.

Pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited (“Listing Rules”), the Company is required to provide to you certain information before proceeding with the Rights Issue.  This letter contains all the information required by Appendix 3B of the Listing Rules.

1. Up to a maximum of 80,688,696 Shares  and 20,172,174 Options will be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue (assuming no existing options are exercised).

2. The Shares rank equally in all respects from the date of allotment with the existing class of quoted Shares.

19. The Rights Issue is not underwritten.

20. There is no broker to the Rights Issue.

21. Brokers will receive no handling fee for acceptances lodged by them on behalf of security holders.

22. The Prospectus for the Rights Issue and the accompanying Entitlement and Acceptance Form will be sent to you on 24 February 2006.

23. Existing option holders may participate in the Rights Issue upon exercise of their options.  The Company will send a notice to option holders by no later than 15 March to notify option holders of their right to participate in the Rights Issue upon exercise of their options.

Nach dem Kauf der Mine muss wohl
bald eine Kapitalerhöhung verkündet
werden! Wie will Starfire das sonst
alles bezahlen??? Nach der Kapitalerhöhung
könnte man gaaaanz vorsichtig einsteigen ;-)  

im Verhältnis 1:4 zu 8cent, gilt das nur für Kanada und die USA? Habe ich das richtig verstanden? Oder können auch wir Ausländer an der Kapitalerhöhung teilnehmen? Evtl. über die Banken?
Wer kann mir hier weiterhelfen?  

Gute frage zu Starfire!Doch die Anleger in Deutschland deken sich langsam mit kleinen Positionen ein!Der Kurs wierd zwar in Canada gemacht,doch die umsätze in Deutschland sind bedeutend höher!Frage zu Sub - Sahara,du beschäfstigt dich damit mehr.Meinst du der kurs wierd weiter fallen,habe zu 0,069 schon mal nachgekauft(+Bestehende posi.leider zu 0,082).Bin am überlegen heute nochmal aufzustocken,doch die Gold Werte laufen die Woche nicht so gut!Noch ein Wert wo man gute prozente holen kann.Batavia mining wkn 813531,absolute einstiegskurse.Ein Unternehmen das schon Gold fördert!Danke im voraus zum tehma sub-sahara!

Bin bei 0,045€ eingestiegen.
Der Kursverlauf gefällt mir nicht.
Ich denke, die Aktie könnte aus charttechnischen Gründen
noch bis 0,050€ fallen.
Sollte sie bis 0,045€ fallen werde ich nachkaufen.

und jetzt die unsicherheit mit der
kapitalerhöhung (ist ja im prinzip gut)-
geht vielleicht in aussiland noch weiter in

merke Du hast kenntniss über die Chartstudie.Bei 0,045 € bin ich ebenfalls dabei.Dort gehts auch hin.
Vedron sehen wir aus Chartsicht nochmal um die 0,42€,dann lege ich nach.  

Risiko:
- Krieg zwischen Eritrea und Atiopien in nächster Zeit möglich.
 Könnte zu befohlenem Arbeitsstop führen.
- Charttechnisch aus kurzsichtiger Sicht nicht optimal.
- Zara Projekt nicht so toll wie angenommen.

Chancen:
- Sehr interresant wegen vieler aussichtsreicher Explorationsgebiete.
- Könnte von jemand übernommen werden (z.B. Barrick Gold)
- Zara Projekt könnte enorm starke Metallvorkommen aufweisen.
- Langfristig sehr interresant.

Meine Meinung für Sub-Sahara:
Momentan tendenz zu weiteren Gewinnmitnahmen bis ca. 0,045€.
Bei 0,045€ ein klarer Kauf aber trotztem riskant.
Aber ohne Risiko kein großer Gewinn.
 

Ich werde sehr an die Titanic erinnert, die Ratten verlassen das sinkende Schiff... Wo wird das mit sub-Sahara noch hin gehen. Tja, wieder mal den Verkaufspunkt verpasst (und jetzt mit so viel Verlust?!?). Vor zwei Wochen noch das mittelfrisitge Ziel von 0,20€ und jetzt wird von 0,45 € geunkt. Scheinbar ist an dem Wert doch längst nicht so viel dran wie erhofft... Aus Sand wird Gold und mehr....jetzt ist es eben weniger mit klarer Tendenz nach unten oder siehr irgendjemand noch einen Hoffnungsschimmer??!!
