können. Versuche es einfach immer 'mal wieder. Viel fehlt mir ohnehin nicht mehr zu meiner gewünschten Investgröße.  

2'000 Stücke zu 0.28 CAD geordert und für 0.27 CAD bekommen. Dieser Kauf war allerdings in CAN nicht kursrelevant. Derzeit nach wie vor 0.26 CAD. Im Orderbuch tauchte die Transaktion nicht einmal auf, in meinem Depot schon. Sachen gibt's. Darf denn der Kurs nicht steigen? (Bin kein Verschwörungsfanatiker, nur so am Rande). Ich hätte allerdings erwartet, dass der Kurs auf 0.27 CAD (da ich ja aus dem ASK gekauft habe) gesetzt worden wäre ...

dann wäre heute mal was gegangen....schade an so einem tag nicht kräftig mitzusteigen ist wieder mal bitter!

freut euch auf das kommende Halbjahr. Meine Meinung und mein Bauchgefühl :D

.... ob die 2'000 Stücke, die mir noch zu meiner Wunschposition gefehlt haben, bei einem Kauf von 0.30 CAD etwas gerissen hätten, wage ich zu bezweifeln ;-))

Auf meinen derzeitigen Durchschnittskurs hatte dieser Kauf keinen nennenswerten Einfluß.

erkennt man die Unterschiede der einzelnen Firmen....

Tam müsste um einiges steigen um gleich zu ziehen....

ich persönlich sehe das Kupferprojekt nur als Sahnehäubchen, aber gerade sowas kann ja auch richtig abgehen...

aber am wichtigsten finde ich das Drillen und Explorieren in den den nächsten 2 Jahren, um das Minenleben deutlich auszuweiten....

Naja, sie planen ja selber ca 30 Jahre---das wäre der Hammer.....

Tamerlane Secures Additional Funding to Advance Pine Point: Key Project Equipment Purchased

Tamerlane Ventures Inc. ("Tamerlane" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TAM) is pleased to report, that Renvest Mercantile Bancorp Inc. (“Renvest”), through its Global Resource Fund, the Company’s current lender, has agreed to subscribe for 3,846,154 common shares of equity at C$0.26 per share for a total equity investment of C$1.0 million. This transaction is expected to close on or before July 29, 2011 and is subject to approval by the TSX-Venture Exchange. The private placement of common shares will carry a four month hold period. No finder’s fees will be paid.

Renvest has agreed to subscribe for an additional C$1.0 million and be the lead order in a future equity placement the Company will undertake as part of the larger scale financing the Company is planning to complete later this fall. This tranche of equity is expected to be priced in the context of the market at the time and is expected to be issued at the same price and terms as subscriptions by other investors.

In order to proceed with advancing the Pine Point Project and incurring capital expenditures, Renvest has agreed to advance the second USD$5.0 million tranche of the previously announced US $10.0 million debt deal, which was closed and news released on December 16, 2010. A USD$50,000 extension fee will be paid to the Global Resource Fund to reinstate the facility. The full USD$5.0 million will be available for general corporate working capital, including continuation of development engineering, and for the purchase of long-lead items and equipment available on the secondary market, that can be purchased at deep discount to the prices used in the feasibility study. All other conditions on the Company’s ability to draw on the second USD$5.0 million tranche remain the same. The Company anticipates drawing USD$2.5 million of these funds by month end.

Tamerlane has entered into a binding agreement with a court ordered interim receiver for the purchase of a new, never-used, complete C$900,000 flotation equipment package at a considerable discount to current market prices. This flotation equipment will form a key piece of the processing and production facility at the Tamerlane R-190 Deposit at the Pine Point property. In advancing the project, the Company anticipates that the purchase of this processing equipment will close within 30 days and funds from the second tranche of the Renvest debt facility will be used for the purchase.

Tamerlane CEO Michael Willett commented: “We are extremely pleased that Renvest has chosen to participate in this project, not only as our lender, but now as an equity investor. This arrangement has allowed us to continue to advance the Pine Point Project with an opportunistic purchase of the flotation equipment.

This deal paves the way to implement the construction of the project leading to production on schedule, while we continuously look at ways to minimize the capital cost of the project. Tamerlane continues to advance all facets of the project financing, including the existing USD$60 million debt financing, the equipment leasing package, equity funding and off-take / metal streaming agreements. We are in advanced stage discussions with multiple financing providers on various term sheets. Renvest has a good understanding of the project and it’s their continued support that will benefit all shareholders.”

Wie Agência Latina Press schreibt wolle die Regierung von Peru bestehende Bergbau-Verträge respektieren und bestehende Vereinbarungen nicht brechen. Carlos Herrera Descalzi, bald Minister für Energie und Bergbau machte diese Aussage in einem Interview.

Tamerlane geht in die mediale Offensive und bietet allen interessierten auf ihrer Homepage an, Follower zu werden. Scheinbar machen sich die neuzugänge im Management bzw. in entscheidender Stelle langsam bezahlt. Das Unternehmen wird weiteren Bekanntheitsgrad erlangen. Dies sorgt -hoffentlich- für gesteigerte Aufmersamkeit bei entsprechenden Investoren, besonders jetzt, da weitere Möglichkeiten (vgl. #65) zur Finanzierung diskutiert werden.

Mit etwas Verspätung auch in diesem Thread die News vom 02. August 2011.
Aus meiner Sicht will Tamerlane so früh wie möglich die Pine Point Mine reaktivieren und baut fleissig an der Infrastruktur. Uns kann es nur recht sein: Je eher Tamerlane dort in Produktion geht, desto eher hat das Unternehmen Cashflow aus dem Verkauf der Rohstoffe.

Hoffen wir, das sich der derzeitige Kurs möglichst rasch erholt.

Der am 26.08.2011 herausgegebene Report gibt eigentlich nur das wieder, was im Vorfeld bzw. während des Pine Point Minen-Aufbaus zu erwarten ist. Die Explorationsbohrungen werden gerade abgeteuft - nach Aussage von Tamerlane ist mit der Veröffentlichung der Bohrergebnisse ab etwa Ende September zu rechnen. Voraussetzung dafür sind natürlich durchgeführte mineralogische Tests im Hinblick auf einen abbauwürdigen Erzgehalt.

Tamerlane Ventures Inc. ("Tamerlane" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TAM) announces a net loss of $1,798,373 or $0.03 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2011, compared to a net loss of $684,661 or $0.01 per share for six months ended June 30, 2010 in the same period of the prior year. At June 30, 2011 the Company had working capital of $2,922,488 compared to $2,726,220 at March 31, 2011, an increase of $196,268. The net increase was the result of the exercise of warrants issued in connection with private placements completed on December 17 and 21, 2009. At August 26, 2011, the Company had approximately $5.0 million of cash. With a full draw down of the last US$2.5 million bridge facility, the Company will have access to $7.5 million of cash resources which can be used for working capital.

Neue Minensteuer soll schon in zwei Wochen ins Parlament eingebracht werden

Die neue, linksgerichtete Regierung Perus plant, einen Gesetzentwurf zur Erhöhung der Gebühren für Bergbauunternehmen in den kommenden zwei Wochen in den Kongress einzubringen. Das erklärte der Finanzminister des südamerikanischen Landes am gestrigen Donnerstag.

Sollte es verabschiedet werden, würde das Gesetz das aktuelle Gebührensystem ersetzen. Die Zahlungen würden dann auf den operativen Gewinnen basieren, statt auf dem Umsatz, so Minister Luis Miguel Castilla, der damit bisherige Aussagen von Regierung und Branchenmitgliedern bestätigte.

Gegenüber ausländischen Journalisten erklärte Castiall, dass man hoffe, dass das Gesetz schnell beschlossen und dann sofort implementiert werde. Premierminister Salomon Lerner sagte in der vergangenen Woche, dass die Minenfirmen und die Regierung übereingekommen sein, dass die neuen Gebühren rund 1 Mrd. Dollar pro Jahr einbringen solle. Die Gebührenraten, die diesen betrag zusammen bringen sollen, werden aber noch diskutiert.

Die Erzielung neuer Einnahmen von Bergbaufirmen, die Gewinne schreiben, um Armutsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen zu finanzieren, war eines der wichtigsten Wahlversprechen des neuen, linksgerichteten Präsidenten Perus, Ollanta Humala, der im Juli sein Amt angetreten hatte.

Peru ist einer der größten Metallexporteure weltweit.
