Zu meinen "KOPIERTEN ZAHLEN" die nicht mehr aktuell sind, sondern in die Höhe geschnellt sind, aber das wird dann Donetta herausfinden.

AKTUELL haben wir nix anderes als diese Zahlen, die WARTEFRIST ist LANGE 18 Monate maximal, bei 6. Oktober sind es eben 17 Monate, das macht den KOHL auch nicht FETT.

Mich regt das auch auf, aber ruhig BLUT, auch an mich.

(11) requiring that the final determination in any post-grant review be issued not later than 1 year after the date on which the Director notices the institution of a proceeding under this chapter, except that the Director may, for good cause shown, extend the 1-year period by not more than 6 months, and may adjust the time periods in this paragraph in the case of joinder under section 325 (c);

und ergänzend:
47 C.F.R. sec. 42.300(c),
"A covered business method patent review proceeding shall be administered such that pendency before the Board after institution is no more than one year. The time can be extended by up to six months for good cause by the Chief Administrative Patent Judge."

Somit 6. Oktober die Kernfrist, auch wenn theoretisch auch noch 18 Monats-Frist November möglich wäre. Glaube kaum, dass die den "Chief" fragen wollen, so ganz ohne "good cause".

Dann können jetzt diejenigen, die vor Entscheid einen kleinen Kursanstieg nutzen wollten noch schnell aussteigen, diejenigen die erst kurz vorher aufspringen sollten sich dann langsam auf die Socken machen.

Per this Court’s May 8, 2014 Order, Apple Inc. and SightSound Technologies, LLC (“the Parties”) jointly provide the following statement to apprise the Court of the status of the ongoing Covered Business Method Reviews of U.S. Patent No. 5,191,573 (“the ’573 patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 5,966,440 (“the ’440 patent”). On May 6, 2014, the Parties appeared before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (the “PTAB”) for oral argument in Case Nos.
CBM2013-00020 and CBM2013-00023, regarding the ’573 and ’440 patents. The PTAB’s Final Written Decision is expected no later than October 8, 2014.

The Parties agree to notify the Court within ten (10) days of a Final Written Decision being entered by the PTAB.
