"In other recent news, Willis Towers Watson reported third-quarter results that surpassed analyst expectations. The company achieved adjusted earnings per share of $3.07, slightly higher than the anticipated $3.05, and reported revenue of $2.3 billion, which exceeded the forecasted $2.27 billion. This performance was driven by a 5% organic revenue growth despite a flat reported revenue due to the sale of its TRANZACT business. Additionally, WTW announced the acquisition of FlowStone Partners, a firm specializing in private equity secondaries, aiming to enhance its private markets investment solutions. This acquisition is pending approval and is expected to be finalized by early 2026." |
