Driven by Strong Professional Segment Performance and Continued Production Improvements

• Record second-quarter net sales of $1.34 billion, up 7% year over year
• Record second-quarter reported diluted EPS of $1.59, up 28% year over year
• Record second-quarter *adjusted diluted EPS of $1.58, up 26% year over year

Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 senkt die Geschäftsleitung die Prognose und erwartet nun ein Umsatzwachstum in der Spanne von 7 % bis 8 % und ein *bereinigtes verwässertes Ergebnis je Aktie in der Spanne von 4,70 bis 4,80 US-Dollar.

Könnte sich der Zusammenschluss von PGA Tour , DP World Tour und LIV Golf noch negativ auswirken? Toro war PGA Partner.  

Mein erstes Private-Equity-Investment habe in der Toro-Peer-Group gefunden.  Die Aktien kann man außerbörslich kaufen. 475 CHF - etwas über Buchwert bspw. beim Bankhaus Lienhardt.
Die Rapid Holding AG (https://www.rapid.ch/de/%C3%BCber-uns/investor-relations) hält Anteile an der Brielmaier, die sich auf Spezialmähmaschinen im Gebirge spezialisiert hat.

Offen gestanden, bin ich von den Brielmaier Maschinen, fasziniert. Ich finde die Maschinen großartig.
