Foran Mining Corporation is a Canada-based exploration and development company. The Company focuses on base metals in the Flin Flon mining belt of central Canada. The Company’s 100%-owned McIlvenna Bay Project is located about 65 kilometers west of Flin Flon, in east central Saskatchewan. The project hosts the McIlvenna Bay Deposit, a large zinc-copper-gold-silver Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposit. Its Bigstone Property covers over 11,126 hectares located in northeastern Saskatchewan, about 80 kilometers west of Flin Flon and about 25 kilometers west of Foran's McIlvenna Bay deposit. Balsam Property is located near the western limit of the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt in east-central Saskatchewan. Its Hanson Project covers over 2,565 hectares is located in northeastern Saskatchewan, about 55 kilometers west of Flin Flon and immediately east of Foran's 100%-owned McIlvenna Bay Project.
