Für mich ist das ein Durchbruchunternehmen. Trotz Wirtschaftskrise das Ergebnis gesteigert. Der Aktienkurs ist aber nciht in die Höhe gegangen. Und zu allem Überfluss verliert die Aktie heute noch, obwohl es keine schlechte Nachrichten gibt. Ich bin eingestiegen!

Fastenal Company Announces Two-For-One Stock Split


WINONA, Minn., April 19, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Fastenal Company of Winona, MN (Nasdaq:FAST) announced today that its board of directors approved a two-for-one stock split of the Company's outstanding common stock.

Holders of the Company's common stock of record at the close of business on May 2, 2011, will receive one additional share of common stock for every share of common stock they own. The stock split will take effect at the close of business on May 20, 2011. As of today, there are 147,430,712 shares of the Company's common stock outstanding. After the split, assuming no additional shares are issued in the interim, this will become 294,861,424.

Die Fastenal Company Aktie befindet sich noch immer in einer intakten Aufwärtsbewegung seit dem Zwischentief vom Juni bei 37,61 $. Die Kraft der Käufer versiegte kurz vor dem Widerstand bei 45,71 $ und seither konsolidiert die Aktie den vorangegangenen Anstieg. Fängt sich die Aktie in Kürze vor bzw. um den Bereich von 42,00 $, könnten neuerliche Zugewinne bis 44,17 und darüber bis 45,71 $ erfolgen.

Kritisch wären Kurse unter 41,80 $ anzusehen. In diesem Fall müsste eine Korrekturausdehnung bis 40,00 und darunter bis zum Juni-Tief bei 37,61 $ eingeplant werden.
